Getting Started in WordPress

Once logged in, you will see the main WordPress Dashboard. Click Dashboard for an overview of what
has been happening with your site.

The primary menu you will use is on the left side. This is where almost all parts of your site are located. The most common ones you will use are Posts, Forms, and Pages.

At top of the page, there is an admin toolbar with several options. For instance, to view the site, right-click the house icon and select Open Link in New Tab.

To log out, hover over your avatar in the admin toolbar toward the upper right side and select Log Out.

WP Bakery Builder is a page builder plugin used for your site for WordPress. It allows you to create website content with simple drag and drop. It shows the general layout of a page for intuitive creation and updating. You will use it for making changes to your website.
